  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

RiteSaving is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

4. Deposits
  • Deposits can be made through approved payment channels listed on the platform.

  • All deposits must comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

  • Funds deposited may be subject to minimum or maximum limits as specified on our website.

  • RiteSaving reserves the right to review, hold, or reject any deposit that appears suspicious or violates regulations.

5. Savings Plans

  • Interest rates are displayed transparently and may vary depending on plan type and duration.

  • Interest is calculated and credited as stated in each plan’s details.

  • Early withdrawal may reduce or void earned interest, depending on the terms of the selected plan.

6. Loans
  • Loan eligibility is based on your savings activity, credit evaluation, and compliance with our loan policy.

  • You must provide truthful and complete information during application.

  • Loan repayment schedules and interest rates will be clearly stated in your loan agreement.

  • Failure to repay loans on time may result in penalties, suspension, or legal action.

7. Fees and Charges

RiteSaving may charge reasonable service or processing fees.
All applicable fees are disclosed before transactions are finalized.

We reserve the right to update fees and will notify users in advance of any changes.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to use RiteSaving lawfully and ethically. You must not:

  • Use RiteSaving for money laundering or unauthorized financial transfers.

Violations of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

  • We are not responsible for losses due to technical issues, internet failure, or user error.

RiteSaving is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Termination of Account

  • Violate Jamaican financial laws

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
